TUPT Yoga for Total Body

This workshop involves using Time Under Passive Tension (TUPT) yoga techniques to increase flexibility and mobility throughout your body. Rachel will guide you in learning a relaxing breath technique that allows your body to release and relax into passive stretches done with the aid of gravity.
