Kids Level 1 Silks | TUESDAY Fall Session

Let’s Fly! This 12 week session is for absolute beginners as well as any Level 1 student with previous experience. This Level 1 class is designed as a foundation for Aerial Fabric Arts, as well as a continuation of Level 1 progressions previously learned.

Participants will learn the basics of Aerial Silks, as well as safe warm up techniques, flexibility basics, proper conditioning for Aerial Dance, and best practices for safety in aerial arts.

We will focus on the foundational skills for Silks Level 1, including: basic climbs, knots, footlocks, inverts, and positions in the air.

Class meets every Tuesday at 5:00pm

12 week session runs from September 5th through December 5th, 2023 (14 weeks).
