Kundalini Namaste

Beginner Flow Yoga

Monday 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 

Friday 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing yoga for a while, but want to learn more to refine your alignment, focus on simple transitions, build strength, flexibility, and learn how to incorporate breath with movement, this class is perfect for you! This class will help you move into more advanced classes with a strong foundation, and greater understanding of the yoga practice.

Workout using pilates techniques to stretch, tone and strengthen your entire body. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Tuesday 5:30 - 6:00 p.m.

Circuit style class with emphasis on building strength and improving mind muscle connection using a variety of resistance training techniques. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Let the instructor lead you through Latin inspired dance moves. Enjoy a fun and energetic work out!

Yoga Group Practice

Thursday 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. 

Pilates and yoga fusion mix set to great music. This feels like a cardio endurance yoga party, where you may move slow and sometimes you move faster. This class gives an all day happy!

Side Lunge

Tuesday 9:30 - 10:15 a.m.

This class focuses on improving strength, stability, and mobility using body weight and toning exercises followed by stretching. You'll leave feeling ready to conquer your day ahead.

Saturday 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. 

Designed to introduce beginner students to the basics of pole fitness. We will focus on basic pole fitness techniques, safe body mechanics and pole terminology. Great for beginners and those who want to continue to learn or refine basic spins & transitions. Pre-requisite: All fitness levels welcome.

Low Flow Pole

Pop-up class, make sure to check our Facebook page for announcement of class offering. 

A multi-level class that focuses and floor work, flow technique, and footwork. So remember to wear socks! And don't forget your knee pads, if you have them. Knee pads are also available at the studio.

Pre-requisites: You should be able to do basic pole spins, cradle, climb on both sides, and starting to work on choppers.

Flying Yoga Class

Aerial Yoga Basics

Tuesday 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 

Wednesday 5:30- 6:30 p.m. 

Cover the basics of Aerial Yoga. Learning how to invert, fly and flow. We will use the swing to get alignment, build strength in the body and improve flexibility. Great for beginners and those who want to continue to learn or refine their aerial practice.

Aerial Silks Level 1 

Thursday 5:30-6:30 p.m. 

Friday 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 

Designed as an introduction to the world of Aerial Silks and Sling. Students will learn basic movement and maneuvering in the fabric, body mechanics, as well as a variety of poses and sequences. No prerequisites or previous experience required.

Acrobat Hanging On Ropes

Aerial Silks Level 2

Monday 6:15- 7:15 p.m.

This class offers progressions from the fundamental skills learned in Aerial Silks Level 1.

Prerequisites: double foot-lock from climb, hipkey from climb, and crochet crossback.
