DAT Workshop

DAT Workshop is a dance, astrology, and tarot (DAT) experience to align mind, body, and soul. By the end of the workshop, you’ll be confidently connected to your body and inner magic with a clear path for bringing more of your beautiful self into the world.

Dance, astrology, and tarot are three practices that have helped me more than anything to live in the present with intention, consciously creating a life I'm proud of.

Together they form a trifecta for aligning mind, body, and soul:

In over a decade of teaching, nothing has brought me more joy than sharing these tools with people to help them feel clear, confident, and expansive in bringing their ideas to life with ease and joy.

This workshop is a hybrid dance, astrology, and tarot experience based on how I’ve run 1-1 lessons brought to a group setting for ALL LEVELS.

Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ First, dive deep into the current astrological transits and how to make them work for you.

2️⃣ Then, we’ll pull tarot cards to unearth stories we’ve been telling ourselves and which perspectives will invite what we desire.

3️⃣ Finally, we’ll ground it all into our bodies with embodiment practices you can start incorporating daily and a dance choreographed to be a declaration of your newly embodied power.
