Lyra Doubles Workshop

Bring your favorite aerial buddy or come meet a new one, and explore the art of partner work on our favorite circular apparatus. This workshop will focus on mounting and dismounting with a partner, mirrored tricks, partner balance, and unique shapes and transitions specially designed to work for two. Whether this is your first time on a hoop or you’re a master on the lyra, you’ll leave with an entirely new way to utilize the apparatus and develop your skills of partner practice and performance.

Prerequisites: ability to mount and sit up on the lyra without assistance.

Not required: the ability to shape yourself in to a pretzel, or previous doubles experience. You do not have need a partner :)
