About the Event
This workshop is designed as an introduction to the world of Aerial Dance. Students will learn the basics of Aerial Silks, as well as safe warm up techniques, flexibility basics, and proper conditioning for Aerial Dance. We will focus on the foundational skills for Aerial Silks, including basic climbs, knots, hip hangs, and standing skills.
