Learn to Fly! This 8 week session is for absolute beginners as well as any Level 1 student with previous experience. This class is designed as a foundation for Aerial Fabric Arts, as well as a continued building onto any Level 1 skills previously learned.
Participants will learn the basics of Aerial Silks, as well as safe warm up techniques, flexibility basics, proper conditioning for Aerial Dance, and best practices for safety in aerial arts.
We will focus on the foundational skills for Silks Level 1, including basic climbs, knots, inverts, and positions in the air.
