
Beginner Lyra / Aerial Hoop
Service Description
Step into the hoop and discover the beauty of aerial movement in our Beginner Lyra class! This one-hour class focuses on building foundational strength, body awareness, and confidence while exploring the basics of aerial hoop. You'll learn mounts, seated poses, hangs, and graceful transitions—all close to the ground and at a pace that supports your progress. No extensive experience or upper body strength required—just a willingness to try something new and have fun! Come dressed in fitted clothing that covers the backs of your knees and torso for comfort and safety. We recommend leggings and a short or long sleeved top. Prerequisite: Intro Aerial WHAT TO WEAR: We recommend wearing form-fitting clothing that covers your legs and stomach. You can wear leggings or yoga pants, and a comfortable top that allows for movement. We also recommend wearing socks or bare feet. $18 for non-members
