Ready to take your pole journey to the next level after intro to pole? This one-hour Beginner Pole Fitness class covers the basics and introduces more technique and building strength for beginner- level skills. You’ll learn beginner-level spins, climbs, holds, and transitions while continuing to develop body awareness, coordination, and confidence. Perfect for those who have completed an intro class, this class focuses on proper form and safe progression in a supportive, empowering space. No need to be super strong or flexible — we build that together, one class at a time! What to wear: shorts, socks, a short- sleeve/ tank top/ or sports bra. No jewelry, zippers, or metal on clothing. *DON'T FORGET TO WEAR SHORTS!* *PLEASE REMOVE RINGS BEFORE CLASS* $18 - non-members**
