This 1-hour class focuses on foundational skills for spin pole. Moves will be broken down into small steps in order to help you feel confident in your spin pole moves. This class focus on building strength and knowledge of spin pole skills to progress into spin pole combos. Pre-requisites: One Intro Pole Class $18 - non-members**
