You'll need to take this class before booking one of our Beginner Silks or Lyra classes. *This class will cover the same content each time.* Intro Aerial is an introduction to aerial arts for absolute beginners. You will learn the foundational positions, entries, and terminology that will help you keep up in our beginner aerial classes. ***DO NOT WEAR : *** -jewelry of any kind -zippers, hooks, or sequins -essential oils -hang nails ***Participants not dressed appropriately for class will not be permitted to get on the silks. NO PREREQUISITES $18 for non-members**
