Do you want to try Pole, but aren't sure where to start? This class is for you! Start with this class before booking one of our Beginner Pole classes. This class is an introduction to Pole for absolute beginners. You will learn the basic steps, spins, and sits that we use in our Beginner Pole classes. NO PREREQUISITES $18 for non-members**
