Whether you’re working on clean spins and transitions, powerful climbs and inversions, or unlocking advanced tricks and combos, this class meets you where you are. We’ll explore dynamic sequences, fluid floor-to-pole connections, and plenty of strength and flexibility training to help you nail those wow-factor moves. Expect to challenge yourself, cheer each other on, and celebrate your progress in a supportive, empowering space! Who it’s for: Students who have taken intro and beginner level classes and are confident with basic spins, climbs, and inversions, looking to grow their skill set and explore intermediate to advanced tricks and flow.
